Dry Brushing

Dry brushing helps to exfoliate away dull, dead skin cells on the surface to reveal softer skin. In Ayurveda, dry brushing is traditionally used to rid the body of ama (toxins built up in the body) and stimulate the lymphatic system. It feels great and can be incorporated into any of the above treatments.  

LED Light-box Therapy
